  • Generate draft responses for merchant review.
  • Provide context for customer inquiries.
  • Improve service quality and platform stability.

Human-in-the-loop: Senty does not send automated replies without review. AI-generated drafts are presented to a human user for approval.

Senty relies on selected third-party services to deliver the product, including:

  • Google: For Gmail connectivity when you explicitly connect an inbox.
  • AI subprocessors: For generating draft content under strict data protection controls.

For users in the EEA, Senty ApS acts as a Data Processor for customer data and a Data Controller for merchant account data. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability where applicable.
